Our comprehensive weight loss program, is for WOMEN ONLY and offers 12 weeks of expert nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian. For these 12 weeks, your dietitian will combine nutrition, behavioral, and exercise strategies to exclusively meet your health and weight management goals.

Our weight loss program offers a non-diet approach with education and support to individuals. We are committed to improving your health through positive lifestyle changes.

Our professional and qualified staff will help you meet your goals and needs. The 12-Week program is customized for an exceptional individualized experience including nutrition AND exercise.

In addition to her dietetic degree, Christine has also been trained as a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She'll motivate and challenge you in every aspect of the health and wellness process to ensure you stick with your prescribed program.
